What’s the best software for listing used auto parts on eBay?
If your yard runs Powerlink or Checkmate, start with the eBay bridge you already pay for, and decide whether its listings are good enough. If faster, better eBay listings are your whole problem, the newer eBay-first subscriptions are cheaper and quicker to start than anything custom. Custom work only makes sense when the problem is the whole flow around the listing.
Disclosure, up front: I run Evolve Engineering, which is on this page. I spent fourteen years building the software behind a Broward County OEM-wheel recycler, so I know this problem from the inside. I’ve grouped the options by the problem they solve, and where a subscription is the better buy, I say so.
eBay says about 100,000 salvage parts sell on its site every day, based on its own 2025 data. The tools below are how yards get their share of that.
Use the eBay bridge your yard system already has
If you run one of the two big yard systems, you may already own a way to list on eBay. Start here before you buy anything.
Hollander eLink
Powerlink's eBay bridge (Solera)Lists and sells parts on eBay straight from Powerlink. Solera's Powerlink 4.0, shown to an invited preview group in May 2026, syncs longer condition and option notes into eLink listings.
Published price: Not published
Best fit: Powerlink yards that want eBay without a second system.
Not the pick if: Your listings look dated next to the newer tools and that's costing you sales.
Checkmate Listing Manager
Checkmate's eBay bridge (Car-Part.com)Lists many parts at once with details and photos pulled from Checkmate, keeps both sides in sync so a part can't sell twice, relists returns, and translates interchange numbers to eBay fitment.
Published price: Not published
Best fit: Checkmate yards that want eBay without a second system.
Add a listing service that plugs into your yard system
These sit between your yard system and eBay, so you keep your system of record and get better listings out of it.
WHI Nexpart eBay Link
Listing integration (WHI Solutions)Bulk listing with automatic titles, descriptions, fitment and photos, with price and quantity kept in sync and orders flowing back. URG members can get it as WHI eBay Listing, where orders sync to Powerlink and Pinnacle.
Published price: Not published (URG members get partnership pricing)
Best fit: Powerlink and Pinnacle yards, especially URG members.
URG Image Uploader
Photo sync for URG membersUploads part and vehicle photos from your yard system every night to your website, eBay and other outlets. It moves photos, it doesn't write listings.
Published price: $25 a month
Best fit: URG members whose photos are stuck in the yard system.
Switch to an eBay-first subscription
Built for recyclers who mainly sell on eBay. They're the fastest way to better listings if your workflow fits theirs.
Salvage Logix
Listing and order management for dismantlersEnter a donor vehicle once and its details carry over to every part you list from it. Live eBay comps, automatic compatibility and item specifics, an orders queue, and shipping labels. Takes no cut of sales.
Published price: $39, $119 or $249 a month (100 listings, 700, or unlimited)
Best fit: Yards whose whole problem is listing speed and quality on eBay.
GridX Connect
eBay Motors listing softwareBuilds detailed fitment, picks the eBay Motors category, and lists from a bulk upload, a single SKU or a salvage VIN. Publishes to eBay US and UK and to Shopify.
Published price: Free for 50 listings total, then $100 a month for 1,000 a month, $240 for 3,000, enterprise from $350
Best fit: Yards that want to try before paying, or that sell in the UK too.
reParta
Operating system for used-parts sellersProjects a vehicle's parts value at bid time, publishes to your own eBay account, helps with Facebook Marketplace, and stops double sales.
Published price: $49, $299 or $599 a month, billed annually (500 parts, 15,000, or up to 100,000)
Best fit: Sellers whose bottleneck is buying right and tracking margin.
Use a general eBay listing tool
Not built for recyclers, but worth knowing about, especially if your parts sell alongside other inventory.
eBay's own photo-to-listing tools
Free, from eBayTurns photos into draft listings with a category, title and item specifics. eBay says it works best for standardized items like trading cards, and it's unclear how well it handles used parts.
Published price: Free
Best fit: A quick first draft on simple, common parts.
3Dsellers
eBay listing and managementListing, templates and bulk tools for eBay sellers. Its image-to-listing feature needs an AI add-on and uses credits per listing.
Published price: From $19 a month for 100 listings; image-to-listing needs the $39.90 plan plus an AI add-on from $9
Best fit: Mixed-inventory sellers who want one eBay tool for everything.
M2E Pro
eBay integration for Magento storesConnects an Adobe Commerce (Magento) store to eBay, Amazon and Walmart, including eBay's parts compatibility.
Published price: From $89 a month, priced by marketplace sales
Best fit: Parts sellers who already run their own Magento store.
Hire people to do the listing
If the problem is hours, not software, you can buy the hours.
Auto PARTnered Solutions
Remote listing and inventory staffA dedicated remote eBay listing specialist, plus services that fill in part numbers, compatibility and item specifics, image cleanup, and remote inventory help.
Published price: Listing specialist $1,890 a month; listing optimizer $860 a month
Best fit: Yards that would rather outsource the listing than automate it.
Have the whole flow built around your yard
Custom work only makes sense when the problem is bigger than the listing itself.
Evolve Engineering
Custom build · one person (me)This is my company, so read it with that in mind. I build automation wired to the systems you already run: intake photos that become finished listings, market-checked pricing, returns and messages in one queue, and data you own. I did this for fourteen years inside a Broward County wheel operation.
Published price: Quoted per project
Best fit: A yard that wants its own workflow automated, not a subscription's workflow adopted.
Not the pick if: A subscription above already solves your whole problem. Then buy the subscription.
A large custom-software firm
Custom build · big teamThe big shops will quote yard software too. Expect to pay for them to learn the business first.
Published price: Quoted per project
Best fit: A large operation with the budget and patience to bring a team up to speed.

Method: each entry comes from the vendor’s own site and documents, checked in October 2026, plus eBay’s seller documentation and fourteen years listing used OEM wheels against Hollander interchange data. I haven’t run every product end to end. Prices are quoted only where a vendor publishes them, as listed that month.
What none of the tools fix for you
Fitment. eBay’s Fitment Plus Auto has been on by default for US sellers since October 20, 2025. It matches vehicles from a listing’s brand and part number, and opting out removes the fitment it added. Used OEM parts are usually identified by an interchange number, so the matching still depends on what your system sends.
The old fitment tools. myFitment closed for good on September 30, 2026. If you relied on it, your compatibility data has to come from somewhere else now.
Wheels and tires. eBay’s Guaranteed Fit protection covers most car and truck parts, but eBay excludes tires and wheels from it.
Pricing and returns. Every tool here helps you list. Very few help you price a part you’ve never sold or keep returns and buyer messages in one place.
The honest read
Most yards should start with what they have. Check what your yard system’s bridge can do, then try a subscription if the listings still aren’t good enough.
The yards that outgrow both have a workflow problem, not a listing problem. The re-typing, the pricing done from memory, the returns pile. That’s the work I did for fourteen years, and it’s where custom earns its price.
From the system’s own records since 2012. The median is measured from its logs.

Straight answers
Can Powerlink or Checkmate list parts on eBay?
Yes. Powerlink lists through Hollander eLink and Checkmate through its Listing Manager. Neither publishes a price, so ask your rep what you already pay for before buying something new.
Do AI listing tools get fitment right on used parts?
Not on their own. eBay's Fitment Plus Auto, on by default for US sellers since October 2025, matches vehicles from the brand and part number, and many used OEM parts are identified by an interchange number instead. You still need fitment data from your yard system or a tool built for it.
Is custom software worth it for a salvage yard?
Only when the problem is the whole flow: photos, identification, pricing, returns and who owns the data. If faster, better eBay listings are the whole problem, a subscription is cheaper and quicker to start.
Not sure which group your yard is in?
Tell me how a part gets from the yard to a live listing today, and I’ll send back a plain-English read on what to try, including “buy the subscription” if that’s the honest answer. Free, no meeting required.
